1. Delivery Information

1.1 We aim to deliver your vinyl records to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. The delivery time may vary depending on your geographical location, product availability, and the type of item.

1.2. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

2. Delivery Costs

2.1. The delivery cost depends on the delivery destination and the chosen delivery method. You will see the exact cost at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Delivery Methods

3.1. We offer several delivery options, including standard delivery and express delivery. You can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

4.1. The delivery time varies depending on the type of item:

  • In-stock items: For in-stock items, you can expect a delivery time between 2-7 working days, depending on your location. Normally, we send all incoming orders on Tuesdays and Fridays each week.

  • Orderable items: Some of our products are ordered on behalf of you and thus have longer delivery times. For these items, the delivery time may be 7-14 working days.

4.2. If your order contains both in-stock items and orderable items with different delivery times, our standard practice is to wait for delivery until all items can be shipped together to minimize shipping costs. If you wish to have them shipped separately, please notify us at checkout or via your order confirmation, or split your orders yourself.

5. Order Tracking

5.1. We offer order tracking so you can follow your delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

6. Delayed Delivery

6.1. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Delivery

7.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or if you do not pick up your order within the specified timeframe, it may incur additional costs for you.

7.2. For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for any subsequent attempts or deduct the equivalent from the returned package's shipping cost.

8. International Delivery

8.1. We offer international delivery to selected countries. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location and the weight of the product.
