1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
1.1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Djungel & Jazz. If you are not completely satisfied with your vinyl records, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from receiving the item. This applies to both used and new vinyl records.
2. Refund or Exchange
2.1. If you wish to withdraw your purchase, please contact our customer service within the 14 days right to withdrawal period. We will request information about your order and guide you through the return process.
2.2. For refunds, we will reimburse you within 14 days from the receipt of the item in its original condition.
2.3. We will only refund to the same payment method initially used for the purchase.
2.4. If you prefer to exchange your item for another, please inform us of your preference when contacting our customer service.
3. Return Requirements for Used Vinyl Records
3.1. To be eligible for the right of withdrawal and return of used vinyl records, the record must be in the same condition as when received, including any original packaging and protective plastic.
3.2. We reserve the right not to accept returns if the item is damaged or has been used beyond inspecting the record.
4. Return Shipping Costs
4.1. If there is nothing wrong with the item, and you wish to withdraw your purchase, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Notification of Return
5.1. To notify us about a return, please contact our customer service via email or phone. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with necessary instructions.
5.2. We will provide you with a return label that should be used, and you can conveniently reuse the same box in which the delivery arrived.
5.3. You are responsible for returning the item intact and in the same condition as when you received it.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
6.1. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue and offer compensation or an exchange if needed.
6.2. If, against all odds, we have missed a deviation in the grading of the condition, and the record does not meet the promised condition, we offer to allow you to return the item at no cost for the return shipping. Please read more about our Grading Policy.
