1.1. These purchase terms govern the agreement between Djungeljazz AB (hereinafter referred to as "the seller" or "we") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "the buyer" or "you") when purchasing goods from our e-commerce site.
1.2. By using or placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept these General Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Purchases and Orders

2.1. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are of legal age or have the consent of a guardian and have the right to enter into agreements. You also accept our price and product terms, as well as any shipping costs specified at checkout.

2.2. All orders are subject to availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and may offer you alternative products or a refund.

2.3. We sell both used and factory-new vinyl records. The product descriptions on our website clearly indicate the condition and any previous use for used records.

2.4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for various reasons, including suspicion of fraud or incorrect information about products or prices on our website.

3. Price and Payment

3.1. The prices of our products are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We apply simplified profit margin taxation for the sale of used records. Shipping costs are additional and specified at checkout.

3.2. You can choose to shop in other currencies, which will be converted from SEK using the applicable exchange rates for the day.

3.3. We accept payment by credit card, Klarna, Paypal, and other local payment methods specified at checkout. Payment must be approved before we ship your order.

4. Delivery

4.1. We strive to deliver your goods on time and in good condition. The delivery time may vary depending on the type of products and your geographical location.

4.2. When purchasing both in-stock and orderable items, we wait for the entire shipment to be delivered to us.

4.3. Upon delivery, you should inspect the goods immediately. If you discover damage or discrepancies, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

4.4. Used vinyl records may have varying conditions and we describe their condition transparently in the product description. Factory-new records are in unused condition.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the item. We have chosen to allow the right of withdrawal to apply to both used and factory-new records, provided they are returned in the same condition as when received.

5.2. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service for instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs if there are no faults with the item.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. We guarantee that our vinyl records comply with the description on our website. Used records are sold in the condition they are in and may have natural wear and tear.

6.2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Personal Data

7.1. We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our website, you consent to our processing of your data in accordance with our policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be handled in accordance with Swedish legislation and at courts in Stockholm.

9.1. We reserve the right to change these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect from the publication date.
