FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery & Return

Delivery time varies depending on your location and product availability.

Vinyl records that we stock are normally sent out the next weekday, after which it takes approx. 2 days within Sweden, 3-4 days within Europe and 4-7 days worldwide.

Other orderable vinyl records, that our supplier stock, normally take an additional approx. 7 days extra.

In addition to this, we offer Click & Collect, for those who can't bear to wait for the delivery.

We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible.

We use safe and robust packaging specially adapted to protect your vinyl records during transport. In addition, we place the records outside of the sleeve to minimize the risk the LP records tearing up the edges of the sleeve. Djungel & Jazz is the first Swedish vinyl store to use these unique mailers and so far we have not had any records break during transport.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number when your order is distributed. You can use this tracking number to follow your order online and get updated information about its delivery status.

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries, from Japan to the USA. At checkout, you can choose your delivery destination and there you will receive an answer as to whether we deliver to your country.

Contact us by email, phone or via the form on our Contact page with information about the items you want to return. We will then send you a shipping label by email that you can use. You as the buyer are responsible for the shipping costs, which we deduct when the refund is made.

It is also important to remember that vinyl records are fragile and you are responsible for the record's condition until we receive it. A tip is therefore to reuse our cardboard mailers, which is specially developed with shock absorption.

According to the Distance Contracts Act, customers are entitled to a 14 day right to withdrawal. Djungel & Jazz has chosen to also offer a 14-day right to withdrawal for our second hand records as well.

When buying new LPs, you are entitled to 14 days right to withdrawal, without giving any reason. Should a new record be faulty upon delivery, you may send a claim about the product. Then get in touch with us at hello@djungelochjazz.se or by calling us at +46 (0)8 373 999.

When buying used second hand LPs, there can always be small defects on both the media and the sleeve. Djungel & Jazz does not sell records with a grading lower than G+. We listen to all ocular deviations, and wash all vinyl records in ultrasound for ten minutes. We strive to be transparent when we discover defects and normally write these in the comments on the product page. Furthermore, we are very conservative in grading condition.

If, against all odds, we have missed a defect, we offer a Grading Guarantee, where you as a customer can send the vinyl record back and we cover the shipping costs. Get in touch with us about how you go about it.

Contact Djungel & Jazz as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, organize a return and refund.
