Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
1.1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Djungel & Jazz. If you are not completely happy with your vinyl records, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. This applies to both used and new vinyl records, as well as other products sold via djungelochjazz.se.
1.2. When purchasing order items from our web stock, where we order an item from our supplier upon request, an administrative fee of 89 SEK will be charged for a return.
2. Refund or Exchange Information
2.1. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, this must be done through our portal before the withdrawal period expires. Locate the specific order you wish to return and request a return. After reviewing your request, we will respond and provide you with a return label to send the product back.
2.2. If you prefer to exchange your item for another, please inform us during the standard return process in our portal or contact our customer service at returns@djungelochjazz.se.
2.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the item in its original condition.
2.4. We only refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3. Return Requirements for Used Vinyl Records
3.1. To be eligible for a return of used vinyl records, the record must be in the same condition as when received, including any original packaging and protective plastic.
3.2. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is damaged or has been used beyond normal inspection.
4. Return Shipping Costs
4.1. If there is no defect in the product and you wish to withdraw from your purchase, a return shipping fee of 89 SEK will be charged for returns within Sweden.
4.2. For returns from countries outside Sweden, the return shipping cost varies. We will deduct the corresponding amount from the refunded sum.
5. Return Request Process
5.1. To request a return, please log in to our portal, locate the specific order, and request a return. We will review your case and respond within approximately 2 business days.
5.2. We will provide you with a return label, and you are encouraged to reuse the original packaging for the return shipment.
5.3. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned in the same condition as when you received it.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
6.1. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
6.2. If, despite our efforts, we have overlooked a discrepancy in the grading of a used vinyl record and the condition does not match what was promised, we will allow you to return the item at no cost for return shipping. Please refer to our Grading Policy for more details.
