Djungeljazz AB offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We do not list items that aren’t available at the moment, but since we deal with rare plants and vinyl records, we usually only have one copy of an item in stock. No products are reserved by adding them to your Bag of hits (shopping cart) and we can’t guarantee that someone else has not bought the products in your Bag of hits before you have had the chance to checkout.

We always do our outmost to visualize the product you are buying, but we can´t guarantee that the pictures in the online store represent the exact appearance of the product. The pictures of vinyl records are provided by and the live plants might have grown after the photo is taken by us. Please note that this does not necessarily apply to the rarest plant species and copies of vinyl records, which we do our outmost to keep the pictures up to date or use our own. The product pictures should give a fair description of the product that you will get. It will be stated in the product description if a photo of a product is item specific and if you will get what you see. Please note that plants photographed in pots or vases are not delivered with the pot or vase, if not stated in the product description.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in any related website has been modified or updated.

By submitting your order, you accept our Terms and conditions. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted, which will include information about the products, prices, invoice and delivery address. If something is incorrect, please contact us via email,, as soon as possible.

Djungel & Jazz is both an online store and a brick-and-mortar store, we always aim to have the same prices across all our platforms, but sometimes the price might differ between Online and Offline. If our products are bought from a marketplace, such as or, we usually increase the price with 10% to cover the fees charged by the marketplace.

The prices given include value added tax where applicable and are expressed in SEK, Swedish Krona. For pre-owned products, such as used vinyl records or Aroid cuttings, we apply simplified profit margin taxation according to the Swedish Tax Authorities. The full price of the order including the price for shipping will be specified in the checkout depending on your choice of delivery method.

We reserve the right to adjust the prices caused by price changes from suppliers, incorrect printing in the price list or errors in prices due to incorrect information. Should the price of a submitted order be changed, you will always be notified, after which you will be fully entitled to change or cancel your order.

We are not responsible for any local fees that may occur when ordering outside of Sweden (for example, customs, taxes or other fees).

Djungel & Jazz ship products within Sweden and the European Union. Once shipped, the delivery time within Sweden is normally 1-2 days and 2-5 days within Europe, depending on the receiving country. We do our outmost to send your order as soon as possible and we usually pack and send products Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We primarily use DHL for all deliveries and depending on receiving country the goods are delivered to the closest pickup point or directly to your home. You will receive a notification by mail with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We deal with fragile products and always do our best to make sure they are packed accordingly to minimize the risk of damage. For heavier orders, we reserve the right to send you order in multiple packages to reduce the risk of crushing damage.

In order to guarantee the health of our plants you will need to collect your plants no later than two (2) days after you have received the notification of delivery, this applies to all delivery methods offered. If collected later than two (2) days of delivery notification is received, we won’t accept your compliant or refund. For the avoidance of doubt, this section does only apply to orders including live plants.

If plants are not collected and automatically return to us by the postal office, we will automatically cancel your order. In this case you will be charged the full fees for the deliveries and full amount of the plants.

If you live in a city where it’s expected to be minus degrees for the next week, we recommend you wait with the order until the warmer temperatures. To be on the safe side, we recommend that you include a Heat Pack in your order. Please note that the guarantee does not apply to and that we won’t accept any claims caused by cold damage.

We handle all orders from Stockholm, where our stock is held. If all your purchased items are in stock, they are usually sent from us the following business day. Some items are stocked externally by our partners and distributors, if that is the case, it usually takes couple of days extra to ship your order. If your ordered products are partial in stock, we will wait for all items to be available before shipped and the available products will be reserved for you. Please contact us via if you want to know whether an item is available or not for direct shipping. We reserve the right to cancel and return money for items that have been backordered for over three (3) weeks.

Shipping costs
Djungel & Jazz offers free shipping on order values above 750 SEK within Sweden and order values above 1500 SEK within EU.

For incoming Aroid cuttings and vinyl records marketed as soon to be released, we offer you to pre-order them by hitting the pre-order button that will be visible as an alternative to the Buy now or Add to bag buttons. These products will be shipped as soon as released. Please note that we can´t guarantee the release dates, sometimes our cuttings need more time than expected to grow healthy roots and sometimes the record labels change the already announced release date. For up-to-date release dates, please see product description. If you have several items in your order and one or more are pre-orders, the items that are available will be reserved for you and sent when the whole order is complete.

Return policy
In accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts and Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal you have the right to cancel you purchase within 14 days after you have received the product.
This applies for all our products, except our living plants that can quickly deteriorate. The right of withdrawal is only accepted if the product is returned in the same condition as delivered, with the seal intact and in its original packaging. Please contact us at to have a return label sent to you, make sure to include your full name and order reference in the email.

Please note that a return fee of 159 SEK will be deducted from the amount refunded. Once we have received you returned goods, we will refund your money as soon as possible to the same payment methods used.

If you are ordering plants of any kind where the right of withdrawal doesn’t apply, please make sure that you want to keep it before purchasing it.

Damaged goods and complaints
Should your product be faulty or damaged, please contact us at as soon as possible and no later than 14 days, for further instructions. Make sure to include your full name, order reference number, reason for your complaint and a picture of the faulty goods if applicable for quicker handling.

In order to be able to guarantee the health of our plants you will need to collect your plants no later than two (2) days after you have received the notification of delivery, this applies to all delivery methods offered. If collected later than two (2) days of delivery notification is sent, we won’t accept your compliant or refund. If a complaint about a plant is not done within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the plant, we won´t accept your complaint or refund request. The condition of plants may deteriorate during delivery. Shipping in a dark box is always a stressful experience for any plants or living creature. Damages to leaves or stems can occur when box is shaken, receives minor shocks or exposed to unpleasant temperatures. We only ship healthy plants from Djungel & Jazz and we do our outmost to mitigate the risk of deterioration during transport. If any of your new plants arrive with these sorts of cosmetic damages, we do not see it as a reason for a complaint. For avoidance of doubt, this section doesn’t apply to products within the categories Records or Life.

If your package has been damaged before received by you, please take a photo of the package before opening it. Please report it to us immediately at, we will then register to our delivery partner and if accepted our delivery partner will pay for a new one or a refund.

In order to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience Djungel & Jazz needs to collect some data from you. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you a service or product shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
